Q - Do you develop and host websites.
A - Yes, we develop and/or host websites. Various hosting plans are available and if needed, we may be able to integrate your site into your back end medical office system.
Q - You say you deal with communications systems as well. What does that mean?
A - We can set up your network for a single office or multiple offices. We can set up a way for you to access your system from home. We can even set up a complete and dynamic phone system throughout your practice.
Q - We don't want to change much, we just want someone who can learn our system so they can support us. Is that something you do?
A - Yes, we can do as little or as much as you would like. In order to support you properly, we would have to inventory your system for our records and note how your hardware is set up and interacts. Once we know that, we can support you properly. I would suggest you purchase one of our monthly plans so we can keep on top of your system and save you money on support, but this is not neccessary.
Q - Do you sell medical software?
A - Not at the moment and we may never. Our plan is to support offices of many types and sizes and we don't want to limit ourselves to supporting one brand of software. However we may in the future become a reseller of software so we can fully understand and support what we feel would be the best solution should our clients find need in that. We will however research software for you to determine what we feel may be a best fit for your practice.
Q - Do you sell hardware and do you support hardware purchased elsewhere?
A - We are a support team and will support the hardware you choose. We are not in the business of "selling hardware" but certainly we can provide hardware when you need it so you don't have to get involved in those decisions and we can support you more easily.

Q - We now have to take our notes and results electronically. Can you help us to upgrade or software and technology to handle this?
A - Yes. We will work with your software vendor to make sure your system is compliant and working seamlessly within your practice.
