Co-Location Services
Your basic contract with DreamSplash does not include any
Professional Services such as system administration, development work or
backup unless otherwise specified. You can easily obtain these services from
us by emailing your requirements to your Project Manager or by contacting
sales@dreamsplash.com
Extra Services
System
Administration:
DreamSplash has a very knowledgeable and experienced staff to
assist clients in the administration and maintenance of their servers. This
program includes support for Linux and NT related incidents, and delivers
configuration, networking and installation assistance and email support.
It also addresses "beyond-the-user interface" questions
including shell scripting, CGI, Perl, advanced network set-up,
troubleshooting, and application development counsel.
Pricing:
1 Hour Engineer Assistance: $75 per hour
5 Hour Engineer Assistance: $300 per block
*Billed on a minimum of 1 hour, after the first hour we bill on 30-minute
increments.
Backup
Management:
Backup will be rotated on a weekly or daily basis and stored
onsite. We use SCSI hard drives for fast backup and recovery with their own
secure room inside our data center with access limited to the
administrators. You "do not" need to buy tapes or any special equipment.
Weekly/Daily Backup Rotation:
They will be done on a weekly/daily basis per server
- Backup Server is stored securely onsite.
- Plans include data recovery when your disk is damaged.
- Installation of data into your new server.
Pricing:
Weekly Backup Service: $100/Setup - $75/Month
Daily Backup Service: $100/Setup - $135/Month
